What do you do as Head of Economy?

As finance manager, my main tasks are to book all the organization's business events and create the main budget for the business.

 

I am also responsible for presenting the budget for the financial year during the autumn meeting and the preliminary budget for the next financial year during the spring meeting.

 

My role means that I also get to participate in the presidency. The Presidium can make decisions in addition to board meetings. The presidium includes the chairman, vice-chairman and financial manager.

 

The position as finance manager increases both understanding and competence for planning and problem solving.
