CLASS REPRESENTATIVE
In every class, at least one student is selected to represent the class in educational matters. The task is to convey student's opinions to the educational committee which thereafter is communicated to the department. Are you interested in becoming a class representative?
STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE
At Campus Helsingborg, there are several student bodies where you as a student can be a part of as a student representative. This is a great opportunity to make your and other student's voices heard on Campus.

Student representatives are usually selected once a year. The applicants are thereafter elected by Campus Helsingborgs Studentkommittée or Samhällsvetarkårens council depending on what role you apply for and will be a student representative for one year.
POSITION OF TRUST AT THE DEPARTMENT OF SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE STUDIES
Department Board - Service Management and Service Studies
This is the departments highest decision-making body and decides on syllabus, budget for the department, course literature and so on. The board offers a platform where you can influence your education. As a student representative you are expected to attend internal student representative meetings and of course the board meetings.

Management Team - Logistics Service Management
As a student representative you discuss together with the management team both old and new courses, student's opinions and other factors that affect the program. Student's opinions are invaluable and as a student representative you are given the opportunity to contribute with a student perspective on educational matters.

Course Syllabus for Service Management and Service Studies
As a student representative you go through course syllabus from a student perspective to make them understandable. In the group, students, teachers, administrators and head masters are present to discuss and approve the syllabus. The goal is to create relevant syllabus with literature and examination forms which are understandable for the students. This group meets two-three times each semester to read through and discuss the courses.

Here, together with teachers and staff at the department, issues regarding equality, equal treatment and diversity are highlighted. How school can work with these matters within the staff, between students and between staff and students are discussed.
